CMT Straight cutter HM with bottom bearing Z2 for wood/particleboard/plastics

We present a high-quality straight mill with Z2 bottom bearing, ideal for leveling surfaces and cutting laminate. These cutters are extremely versatile, allowing precise milling after the template and removing excess material. Equipped with a bottom bearing, they allow you to work with the template, which further increases the precision of machining.

Application: It can be used in both manual milling machines and CNC machines, including high-spindle milling machines. Ideal for milling planes on CNC machines, providing well-finished surfaces. Suitable for processing soft and hard wood, chipboard and MDF.

Materials: The cutter is perfect for processing single- or double-sided laminated boards, solid wood, MDF, HDF, HPL, Solid Surface (Corian, Staron, HI-MAX), as well as for laminated chipboard and plastics.

Tips: In order to obtain the right quality, it is recommended to choose the thickness of the material for one passage from 0,5 to 1,5 mm. This cutter not only guarantees efficiency, but also precision and durability for a variety of applications.
