Features of TIG welding machine:

• EXPERT TIG 220 AC/DC PULSE PFC is a portable power source, made in IGBT technology, designed for TIG and TIG PULS welding with alternating current (AC), direct current (DC), and MMA method with a direct current (DC) electrode.
• The small size and weight make the device perfect for both workshop work and field work.
• TIG DC and TIG DC PULS function is used for welding stainless steel, carbon and low alloy steels, copper and titanium.
• TIG AC and TIG AC PULS function: allows welding of aluminum and its alloys and brass.
• Clear and easy to use digital control panel allows accurate adjustment of the device, ensures stable parameters and high welding quality.

TIG welding machine capabilities:

• MMA - rutile electrode, for all non-alloy, low-alloy and high-alloy steels (steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals).
• TIG DC - arc welding process with a non-melting electrode in an inert gas shield
• TIG AC - AC welding. Allows welding of aluminum and its alloys and brass
• Tig Pulse - Welding with pulsation significantly reduces the overheating zone of the material while giving a very good blending. The pulse current gives blending, and the base current makes it easy to control the amount of heat input. The welder has more control over the welding process. the weld is narrower and prettier, no chipping, better melting at lower parameters (average) current.
• TIG HF - contactless electric arc initiation system, used in TIG welding machines and plasma cutters. The glow of the electric arc does not require physical contact of the electrode with the welded material.
• LIFT - function is used during welding in an environment with a high risk of electromagnetic interference affecting the environment.
• REMOTE CONTROL - The welder is adapted both for connecting pedals with a cable or wireless and remote controls.
