The NebuCare mesh inhaler is the most modern device of its kind on the market. Compared to classic nebulizers, it is distinguished by its small size and ultra-quiet operation. You can take it with you wherever you need it – on vacation, for a weekend to grandparents or just for a walk. You do not have to connect the device to a power source – it works wirelessly thanks to a capacious battery, and if it runs out, you can charge the mesh nebulizer even in the car using a USB outlet. Many children are afraid of loud, buzzing nebulizers, thus avoiding nebulisation. Our mesh inhaler works almost silently. Young children no longer have a problem with treatments, and older children are willing to nebulize themselves, e.g. while watching fairy tales. Such quiet operation also allows you to nebulize at night, without the risk of waking up sleeping household members. The NebuCare mesh nebulizer has 2 speed modes at levels 1 and 2. Level 1 is a high-speed mode (≥ 0,25 ml/min), while level 2 is a low-speed mode (≥ 0,15 ml/min). Depending on the need, the operating mode can be changed by pressing the “On. "Out." This provides great flexibility, allowing you to adjust the inhalation rate to suit your child's needs.

The mesh inhaler can be used by the child even in a lying position (sitting position is recommended, but we know how difficult it is sometimes to work with the child:)).

The NebuCare mesh nebulizer has a fluid level sensor. If the liquid is not on the sensor, e.g. The nebulizer is tilted backwards, e.g. The inhaled person lies on his stomach or in the lateral position, he will automatically turn it off (the device will start to shine with an intermittent orange light).

In this case, you need to set the device in an upright position and start nebulisation again. The innovative NebuCare mesh inhaler produces 5-micron microparticles that easily reach deeper into the respiratory system, hitting the point where the disease is taking place. Inhalations are more effective and treatment takes less time.

NebuCare minimizes the loss of the drug – its entire dose is turned into a mist. The respirable fraction is not less than 60%.

Masks for children and adults

In the package with a mesh inhaler, there are also 2 masks – smaller and larger – so you can easily adjust the size to the age of the child. The device can also be used by adults. The mask should adhere tightly to the face, covering the nose and mouth – this will minimize the loss of the drug and protect against exposure of the child’s face and conjunctiva to the drug. Remember not to seal the holes in the mask, because they regulate the proper flow of inhaled and exhaled air. The set also includes a universal mouthpiece. Masks in the set may differ in appearance from those shown in the photos and packaging, depending on the product batch

Charging and working time

The NebuCare mesh inhaler should be charged for 1 hour. Once charged, the mesh nebulizer should work ok. 50-60 minutes. Since the standard (one) inhalation in a child should last from 10 to 20 minutes, a fully charged device should be enough for 3 inhalations of 20 minutes, possibly several shorter ones (4 inhalations of 15 minutes or 6 inhalations of 10 minutes). After this time, the NebuCare mesh inhaler will discharge and must be reattached for charging for 1 hour.

STAGES OF THERAPEUTIC TREATMENT

Preparation of the nebuliser:

1. Remove, clean and disinfect the medicine container before use.
2. Pouring the medicine: Open the lid of the container and pour the medicine into it.
3. Close the lid of the container.
4. Install the medicine container on the main part of the device.
5. Install the mask.

Support:

Startup – To turn on the mesh nebulizer, press the start button briefly (1 second). After 1 second, the indicator will turn green and the device will start spraying the drug.

Note: If you hold the start button for too long, the device goes into calibration mode. In this case, make sure that there is no liquid in the medicine container, press the button for 5 seconds, until the green LED goes out and the orange one lights up. After turning off the device, restart the device i.e. Fill the nebuliser container with salt/medicine and press the start button briefly (1 second). Changing mode and turning off — To change the nebulizer mode to mode 2, press the button briefly (1 second). To turn off the device, press the button longer until the green LED goes out.

Cleaning and disinfection of the device: The mesh nebulizer should be cleaned and disinfected after each use according to the instructions below. An uncleaned device negatively affects nebulisation due to drying and coagulation of the drug.

1. Remove the accessories (mask or mouthpiece) from the main part of the device.
2. Open the lid of the medicine container and remove any remaining medicine.
3. Add 75% ethanol solution to the medicine container, close the lid and wait at least 10 minutes. For a better disinfection effect, you can gently shake the container.
4. Remove the disinfectant and fill the medicine container with clean, boiled and cooled water. Turn on the device for 10 minutes to clean the nebulising layer.
5. After cleaning, remove the remaining water from the medicine container, and then leave the container with the lid open to dry on its own.
6. Using 75% medical grade alcohol, wipe the surface of the device case, air dry or dry wipe using a clean and soft cloth.

Disinfection and cleaning of accessories:

1. Remove the accessories (mask or mouthpiece) from the main part of the device.
2. Dip the accessories into the ethanol solution container and cover the container. The concentration of the solution ethanol should be 75% and the soaking time 10 minutes or more.
3. Remove accessories and clean them with clean water
4. After cleaning with a new medical gauze, remove the remaining water and then dry well.
