It uses a vibrating, perforated membrane that produces a good quality aerosol. MESHe are characterized by quiet and very efficient operation - they are much faster than regular nebulizers connected to compressors.

What should you pay attention to when choosing an inhaler?

Nebulizer inhalers spray the medication into an aerosol containing droplets of an appropriate size, depending on the spray nozzle or other method used. When choosing an inhaler, you need to pay attention to the size of the particles produced by the nebulizer. Depending on the size of the droplets, the place where the drug is best absorbed changes. The size of the particles influences which part of the respiratory tract they will deposit in during inhalation.

General guidelines state that larger particles (above 8 µm) settle in the upper respiratory tract, i.e. in the nostrils, pharynx and larynx, while particles with smaller sizes (below 8 µm) are able to overcome these areas and reach the lower parts of the respiratory tract. However, it should be remembered that the actual effect of particle size on their deposition in the respiratory tract depends on many factors, such as airflow speed, humidity, temperature and the physicochemical properties of the drug itself. VITAMMY Mesh 5 mesh inhaler atomizes MMAD particles approx. 3.49 μm, which provides appropriate possibilities for the treatment of the lower and upper respiratory tract and makes the mesh inhaler universal.

How does VITAMMY Mesh 5 mesh nebulizer work?

It consists of a medication reservoir and a spray mesh; the mesh is connected to a vibrating foil and a circular piezoelectric element. Through the circular piezoelectric element, electrical energy is converted into mechanical energy and ultrasonic vibrations are generated; then the vibration wave presses the liquid in the medication reservoir to atomize it through the micro-sprayer hole on the atomizing mesh; then the mist is transferred from the atomizing mesh to the mouthpiece or mask.
