The Zamel MRP-200A module is an advanced solution designed to expand the functionality of the MEW-01 MRP, MEW-01, or MEW-01 Lite energy consumption monitors. With the MRP-200A, you can monitor electrical networks with current intensity up to 200 A. The device comes with three SC-24 current transformers, ensuring precise measurements. The module is designed for mounting on a DIN rail. The device is compatible with MEW-01 MRP, MEW-01, and MEW-01 Lite from software version 2.8.56. For older versions, a software update is required.

Module Installation

To install the MRP-200A module, you will need: access to the distribution board, a screwdriver or pliers, a wire with a maximum diameter of 2.5 mm2 for connecting the power supply, and recommended SEP 1 kV qualifications.

1. Disconnect the power supply circuit using a fuse, circuit breaker, or isolator.
2. Verify the absence of voltage on the power supply wires using an appropriate instrument.
3. Mount the device in the distribution board on a TH35 DIN rail.
4. Connect the wires to the terminals according to the diagram.
5. Connect the current transformers, paying attention to the correct connection of the red (S1) and black (S2) wires and the correct direction of current flow with the arrow on the transformer.
6. Turn on the power supply circuit.
