Precautions for use:

Under no circumstances can a water pump work without water (dry operation). Otherwise, the pump axles will be damaged. Before turning on, the pump body should be filled with clean water.

The pump should not be placed directly in the mud on the ground. It needs to be raised. Use in an environment with cloudy water shortens its lifespan. If the aquatic environment is cloudy, it is recommended to clean the filter cover and the inside of the device every 2 weeks. They should usually be cleaned every 4 weeks.

IMPORTANT:

Do not start the pump dry – working outside the water (dry work) can lead to irreversible damage in a short time!

After dismantling and cleaning the water pump, wipe clean or air dry the inside of the motor rotor, and then install it according to the appropriate procedure before it can be turned on.

Before turning on the pump, fill its body with clean water. When using the pump function, use the water inlet pipe to inject water into the pump body. If water comes out of the output, you can turn on the pump.

Turn off the power, then remove the pump body directly from the pond without pulling the pump power cord. We have doubled the cable length based on factory settings to allow use in more environments.

Working environment: The product should be used 20 cm below the water surface, and the water temperature should be from 4 to 35°C. Avoid using the product in an anhydrous environment as this may cause the engine to burn.
