Solmed is a lamp designed to perform treatments of heating skin tissues using the thermal energy of infrared radiation emitted by a source with one bulb, two in the DUO version or three in the TRIO version.

In addition, depending on the intended effect of the treatment, a red or blue color filter can be used, which changes the radiation characteristics. The lamp is used to treat some chronic and subacute inflammation and pain syndromes. The treatment can be a preparation before massage, therapy, manual, iontophoresis, kinesitherapy.

The design of the lamps allows you to easily adjust the height and distance from the radiation source to the patient. The program controlling the operation of the lamp allows you to determine the strength and duration of radiation.

The use of an appropriate filter allows selective transmission of electromagnetic radiation in a given wavelength range.

• The red filter transmits visible infrared and red radiation (with a wavelength of 620-750 nm).
