The Royal Catering waffle iron is an indispensable equipment in small gastronomy, m.in. buffets and snack bars, and larger establishments such as restaurants, cafes, as well as at various catering events (e.g. Christmas markets). With the RCWM-4000-E, you can bake Belgian-style blush waffles!

The simultaneous preparation of four large waffles (17 x 10 cm) is due to two forms in the Royal Catering device. The upper and lower heating plates allow you to prepare a snack with a thickness of 2,5 cm.

The power of 2 x 2000 W ensures that the selected temperature is quickly reached in the range from 50 to 300°C. A fully automatic thermostat (separate for each plate) maintains it, while saving energy. All you have to do is set the desired value.

Simple operation is possible thanks to a separate timer function (time from 0 to 15 minutes). When the countdown is complete, the waffle iron signals the completion of the work with sound. Indicator lights indicate power on and heating. RCWM-4000-E is equipped with thermally insulated handles. Thanks to it, the user will safely open and close the machine. The equipment has two plugs – for single and double operation.

The robust construction of the industrial waffle iron owes its durable materials. The housing is made of stainless steel and the hobs are made of high quality enameled cast iron. The dough does not stick to its surface. In addition, it is characterized by durability and ease of cleaning. Around the edge there is a gutter for leftover dough. Rubber feet prevent slipping on the worktop; they do not scratch it.
