The green light shines - the device connected to the mains at the same time is a current switch. The red light shines - the process of heating the plates has begun, it goes out when the plates reach an operating temperature of about 195 degrees. Aluminum waffle iron heating plates are covered with an anti-stick coating (greblon - approved for food purposes). In PROFI W models, the plates are connected by a connector that limits the deflection of the upper plate, and at the same time during baking, thanks to the connector, the upper plate rises slightly upwards. The device is adapted to continuous operation and thus works perfectly both at home as well as in hotels, cafes, ice cream parlors and other points of small gastronomy.
