• 1 cup whole wheat flour,
• 1/2 cup flaxseed,

• 1/4 cup grated apples,
• 3 teaspoons baking powder,
• 2 eggs,
• 1,5 cups of water,
• A pinch of salt

Sift flour, seed, sprouts and powder into a bowl. Beat the proteins with salt, add water, applesauce and mix. Pour all this into a bowl of flour. Stir until a uniform mass is obtained. Pour 2 tablespoons of dough into the waffle maker and bake until the waffles are golden brown.
