Clatronic HA is a practical wafer maker, thanks to which you can prepare crispy wafers for homemade ice cream cones in a few minutes. A large baking surface with a diameter of about 20 cm allows you to bake thin wafers, which when removed can be easily formed into classic cones, bowls or other shapes.

Thanks to power 1200 W, the device heats up quickly and allows you to efficiently prepare subsequent portions of wafers. Heating plates with non-stick coating prevent dough from sticking and facilitate cleaning after baking.

The set includes a practical cone for forming cones, which allows you to quickly roll hot wafers into the perfect shape. Ready-made cones can be filled with ice cream, fruit, whipped cream or sweet additives, creating your own dessert compositions.

With this Clatronic wafer, you can make perfect, crispy cones at home. Use the proven recipe:

🧾 Ingredients:

• 2 proteins (approx. 60 to 70 g)

  (alternatively: 1 egg + 1 protein)

• 80 g of sugar
• 1 packet of vanillin sugar or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 80 g flour (type 405)
• 1 pinch of salt
• 60 g butter (melted, not hot)
• 1 to 2 tablespoons milk or water (if the dough is too thick)

👩 🍳 Preparation:

1 Beat proteins lightly with sugar (30 to 60 seconds. ) – the mass should be fluffy, but not rigid

2 Add vanilla and salt, then pour in the flour and mix gently

3 Add melted butter and let the dough stand for 10 to 15 minutes

4 Warm up the wafer and set the blush level

5 Apply a portion of dough and bake to a golden color

6 Hot wafer roll into a cone with the included cone

1 Prepare the cake

Mix the ingredients into a uniform mass – without lumps, ready to bake.

2 Preheat the device

Set the appropriate level of blushing and wait for the wafer to be ready to work.

3 Apply portion and bake

Pour the dough onto the plate and close the device. After a while you will get a perfectly baked, golden wafer.

4 Form a cone

Roll up the still warm wafer using the included cone – that’s the key to the perfect shape.
