Recipe for fluffy waffles

Ingredients (approx. 16 pieces):

• •3 cups flour
• •4 eggs
• •¼ teaspoons of salt
• •½ cups of sugar
• •1 and ¾ cups of sparkling water
• •½ cups of oil
• •1 teaspoon baking powder

Execution:

Separate the egg yolks from the proteins. Beat the proteins into a stiff foam with a little salt. Mix the egg yolks with sugar in another dish, then add oil, water and mix. Then add the previously mixed together: flour, salt and baking powder. Mix the whole thing. Add the whipped protein to the mixed mass, gently stirring with a spoon or spatula to obtain a uniform consistency.
