The LOTUS cover is designed and designed with your child's health and safety in mind. Protects the mattress from soaking and excessive moisture. It is completely resistant to water and other liquids. Prevents the growth of dangerous bacteria, mold and fungi.

Botanists have discovered that the unique structure of lotus leaves and their chemical properties prevent the plant from getting wet. Water flowing off the leaves carries away any dirt. This phenomenon is called the lotus effect.

This cover with LOTUS finish works on the same principle. The fabric it's made from, thanks to its microscopic structure, is completely resistant to water and other liquids. It prevents dirt from soaking into the mattress and stops the growth of microorganisms. Every drop and every stain can be easily wiped off the cover's surface. At the same time, it is ultra-breathable and pleasant to the touch. Additionally, the cover uses Purotex® technology.

What is Purotex® technology?

Purotex uses the technology of active probiotics, which, applied to the textiles of mattress covers or pillows, create biofunctional fabrics. Active probiotic protection reduces the amount of house dust mite allergens by 93,7% already two weeks after application! In other words, active probiotics create a fresh and clean sleeping environment. Probiotic technology effectively reduces bothersome allergens.

The mattress is certified Oeko-Tex® ensuring that all materials used in the production of mattresses are free from harmful substances that have a negative impact on health. By purchasing products with the Oeko-Tex® mark, you can be sure of high quality and safety of the product.

The FDM SMILE mattress was created using flexible and breathable FlexFoam foam, which was chosen with the needs of the youngest users in mind.

The porous foam structure and additional incisions allow great air circulation, which guarantees an excellent sleeping environment. The deformation-resistant material is very comfortable and provides ideal support for the whole body.

In addition, this mattress contains latex insert, whose main advantages are its flexibility and sterility. It optimally adapts to the shape of the body, ensuring sleeping comfort. It is recommended for people sensitive to allergens.

For the production of our mattress we use certified and certified raw materials.

The mattress manufacturer FDM Sp. z o.o. Sp.k., on the basis of a civil law contract, obtained a voluntary certificate for the quality management system ISO 9001:2015 with the number: 0198 100 2341308 in the production of mattresses and beds. Certification body: TÜV Rheinland Poland Sp. z o.o.

❶ After receiving the goods, please remove the protective film. ❷ The mattress should be placed on the bed frame. ❸ Leave it until it regains its full volume (48-72 hours). ❹ The mattress can be used when it regains its proper shape.

⚈ It is not recommended to store the mattress hermetically packed for more than 14 days. After unpacking the mattress, it should not be transported in an upright position.

⚈ The frame on which the mattress will be located should be made of spring, pine or beech slats. In the case of spring mattresses, the distance between the slats should not be more than 30-40 mm, for other mattresses this distance may oscillate between 50-60 mm.

⚈ The colors of the materials used in the production of the mattress may differ from those shown in the photo, while maintaining their properties.

⚈ The materials used in the production of mattresses are various types of polyurethane foams, latexes, visco, etc., these are products with a high compressibility and elasticity coefficient, which is why JAKo manufacturer reserves the right to a negative and positive tolerance of +/- 2% on the width and length of the mattress and +/- 1 cm for its height.

For the production of mattresses and beds, we use foams covered by the CertiPur certificate, which proves that the foams have been manufactured in compliance with certain safety, health and environmental standards.
