Mattresses Fizjomax® were created in cooperation with Mama Physiotherapist – a specialist with practice in infant therapy.

We combined her knowledge and experience with our technological background, creating mattresses tailored to the needs of the youngest.

Each element developed in cooperation with a physiotherapist, in accordance with the principles of ergonomics of children's sleep.

In the cover we used spacer 3D mesh o thickness up to 8 mm and weight 600 g/m2. This design will withstand the growing weight of the child. Flattening it under increasing pressure will be much slower.

The stable space between the child's head and the mattress surface will ensure efficient airflow over the entire surface and over a longer period of use.

Mattresses Fizjomax® effectively drain moisture. This means fewer allergens, bacteria and mites. The large, non-standard height of the 3D mesh (8 mm) improves thermoregulation and helps reduce the risk of overheating and sweats.

Foam HR40 and FlexPanels™ ☁

The Fizjomax® mattress insert is made of HR40 foam with a density of 40 kg/m³, which provides stable support and resistance to deformation.

The FlexPanels™ system improves interior ventilation and gives the structure flexibility.

✍ According to the recommendations of Mama Physiotherapist, the foam has been additionally hardened. We do not use hardness zones – an even surface provides stable and safe support in accordance with the recommendations for infant sleep (AAP, WHO, IMiD).

Natural fabric Tencel™ ☁

Tencel™ fiber fabric with a weight of 400 g/m² is distinguished by exceptional smoothness and delicacy, ensuring pleasant contact with the child's skin.

It helps maintain optimal sleep temperature – it gives you a feeling of coolness on warmer days and gentle warmth when it gets cooler.

The cover slows down the absorption of liquid, stopping it temporarily on the surface and at the same time letting air through. With a properly fitted diaper, usually does not require an additional protector, however, in the case of frequent leaks, its use can increase the durability of the mattress.

Stabilizing mattress frame

SafetyFrame™ 360° supports learning to stand up ❤

Fizjomax™ Baby is equipped with a stiffened 360° stabilizing frame made of very hard T-40 foam.

During the first attempts to get up, the edges of the mattress are particularly exposed to deformation, which is why the frame provides some support for the child's feet and prevents the edges from collapsing.

In addition, it reduces the risk of falling of the foot between the mattress and rungs, increasing the safety and stability of the toddler in the crib.

The frame, like the middle of the cartridge, was made in FlexPanels™ technology. Their precisely fitted ventilation ducts facilitate air circulation inside the entire cartridge.

The design allows free operation of sensors and does not interfere with their operation, which provides additional support for parents in monitoring the safety of their child's sleep.

Advice from Mama Physiotherapist ❤

When should I replace my baby mattress with a larger one? When can my child sleep safely in a crib 120x60 cm?

One of the most common questions I get from parents is about the uncertainty of when is the right time to change the mattress for the first time. From my many years of clinical practice, two simple indicators result, which signal that it is time to change to a larger model.

1. Growth criterion

When the child reaches ok. 100 – 105 cm tall, or roughly in 2 – 3. year of age. A lot depends on the individual growth rate of the child. Then the standard, smallest cribs begin to restrict freedom of movement. This can interfere with sleep and cause frequent awakening. Please note that mattress should be longer by approx. 20 cm from the child's body.

2. Security criterion ⛑

If you notice that your child is trying to get out of the crib on their own, then signal to remove the rungs. At this stage, it is important that the mattress has a frame stabilizing the child's posture - this reduces the risk of sudden falls and reduces the risk of the foot getting stuck between the edge of the mattress and the frame of the cot.

Remember, the right time to change the mattress for a child, is one of the key decisions regarding not only comfort, but above all the safety of the toddler.
