It is equipped with a reliable Speed Lock 2 adjustment system. The two-component natural cork handle is non-slip. Selection of poles

Too short or long poles will force the skier to the wrong riding position, which translates negatively into maintaining stability. So how do we check if our poles have been properly selected? Just turn the pole with the plate up, lean it against the floor and grab below this plate. In this situation, the angle between our arm and forearm should be close to 90°. If it is larger, our poles are too short, but if the angle is smaller, they are too long in relation to the height.

If we do not have the opportunity to try on the pole, take a stick or other simple object and catch it at elbow height so that the angle between our arm and forearm is close to 90° - see the picture next to it. Then measure the distance from the floor to the top of the fist, to this add approx. 5 cm and find your size in our auctions.
