I did the readings and checking personally and it was checked in the program used by the Transport Inspectorate throughout Europe.
The most advanced application for reading driver cards is mTacho.
The application is paid and allows you to:
- read the driver card and generate a file. DDD,
- creation of violation reports together with tariff,
- preview of data in the form of readable graphic chart.
