For best results and to extend the life of your kit, use our tips:

• Always use a grader: After cutting the pipe with a cutter, use the included grader to smooth the inside of the pipe. By removing burrs, you protect the bending die from scratches and ensure the perfect flow inside the installation.
• Mark the bending place: When measuring the installation, remember that the pipe “takes” some material on the arch when bending. It is worth doing a test bend on the pipe waste to feel the starting point of the device.
• Smooth movement is key: When operating the ratchet mechanism, make even, confident movements. Sudden are unnecessary at 10 KN, and the fluidity guarantees a perfectly smooth outer surface of the bend.
• Die cleanliness: Before replacing the die, make sure there are no metal filings on the mandrel and in the socket. A clean tool is a guarantee of no slack and the highest precision.
