The Claro CF-01 filter is a replacement for the original Brita Intenza filter used mainly in automatic Siemens and Bosch machines.

The Claro CF-01 filter is a replacement of the original Brita Intenza water filter, marked by the manufacturers with the symbols TZ70033, TZ70033A and TZ70003.

➡ The filter fits Siemens EQ series expresses (EQ.3, EQ.5, EQ.6, EQ.9 and related models) equipped with a Brita Intenza filter socket in the water tank, and Bosch using the same filtration system.

⭕ The Claro water filter has a sealing eraser in the socket assembly, for some coffee machines where the filter socket does not provide space for such a gasket, the filter may not fit.

✅ What impurities does the filter for the Claro CF-01 remove?

Inside the filter there are two types of deposit, which care about the quality of water entering the machine.

➡ Activated carbon neutralizes chlorine and other compounds responsible for the unpleasant smell and taste of tap water. Thanks to it, coffee retains its natural aroma and taste.

➡ Ion-exchange resin, in turn, reduces water hardness, the deposit captures calcium and magnesium ions, i.e. the building blocks of stone, before they can settle in the boiler.

You will feel the effect in two ways, in the cup and in the machine itself. Coffee tastes better, and the device works longer without overgrowing with stone.

✅ What is the lifespan of the Claro CF-01 filter?

➡️ The filter should be replaced every 2 months of regular use or after filtering 150 liters of water, whichever comes first. This is an estimated period for this type of filter cartridge.

The actual lifespan depends on the water hardness in your area and how often you use the coffee machine. With very hard water or frequent brewing, the filter media may deplete faster.

✅ How to properly install the filter?

1. Put the filter in a dish of water and wait up to 3 minutes until air bubbles stop coming out of it.
2. Slide the filter into the tank socket and see if it sits securely and properly in it.
3. Refill the tank with fresh water.
4. Turn on the filter replacement/rinse mode in the machine and follow the prompts on the display.
