FIVE STAGES OF FILTRATION:

1. Cotton filter (life:6-8 months). Initially, it purifies water, protecting the life of subsequent cartridges. It removes physical contaminants over 0.01 microns in size, effectively removing slurries, sediments, red worms, rust, colloids and other large-size contaminants from the water.
2. Activated carbon filter (life: 12 months). Removes color, odor, chlorine residue, heavy metals, organic substances, etc. from water
3. Resin filter (life: 18- 24 months). Softens hard water, desalinates, reduces calcium and magnesium ions, removes limescale, etc.
