1. What is the difference between ELIXIR and traditional RO?

ELIXIR has an integrated 1.5G tank and an integrated housing with fewer fittings). You can replace Fast-Change filters in seconds. Traditional sets often require an external tank and have more hoses.

2. Is drinking RO water healthy?

Yes — RO significantly reduces TDS, heavy metals, chlorine, organosclerosis, colloids and improves taste. It is a convenient and better alternative to bottled water.

3. Does it remove E. coli bacteria?

RO membrane (class 0,0001 µm) is an effective barrier to bacteria and viruses. For water from the well, we recommend an additional UV lamp.

4. Why does some of the water go to the drain?

The drain stream flushes out rejected contaminants and protects the membrane – so the system maintains performance for a long time.

5. Are there minerals in RO water?

It's very low mineralized water. If you want, we will add an external mineralizer as a free :) Just enter in the notes to the seller "MINERALIZATOR"

6. Will it fit in my locker?

Yes — 486×177×447 mm. Integrated design helps save space.

7. Is the device loud and what power does it have?

It works quietly and only during collection. Power supply 100 – 240 V → 24 V.

8. City or well?

For city water – ideal. For wells: with high turbidity/iron recommended prefiltration, and with microbiological risk — UV.
