Model 200/G/P220 is a standard wet sharpening grinder from the Scangrind sharpening group. The presented sharpener has a stone with a diameter of 200 mm and a gradation of 220. In addition, this model is equipped with an additional polishing roller with a diameter of 36 mm, so that after sharpening, you can smooth the edges of the knife so that the blade is even more smooth and well-groomed.

The design of the Scangrind sharpeners owes its uniqueness to the slow-rotating stone wheel, adjustable support for knives and tools, as well as a properly designed water container.

How the Scangrind Sharpener Works

With the Scangrind 200S, you can easily sharpen your knives and tools and ensure an always perfect and sharp effect! And without experience in grinding! Look how easy it is.

Adjustable kickstand with dedicated angle gauge allows you to conveniently set the required sharpening angle for a specific tool. For best results, you can use the inny angle for your kitchen knife, the inny for scissors, and the inny for wood tools, e.g. chisel. You will do it in a very simple way. Simply position the grinder support at the right angle, following the stencil on the angle fitting.

The slow-rotating stone wheel allows you to easily control the pressure of the knife on the stone, not tearing the steel edge of the knife, but precisely sharpening and not damaging the blade itself.

The stone wheel used in the grinder with a gradation of 220 makes the sharpening accurate, and at the same time very fast.

The smaller disc in the Scangrind 200S is a special flexible polishing roller that allows for accurate finishing and gentle smoothing of the edges of the sharpened knife in one go.
