Unfortunately, our solutions are often copied by other sellers, and customers tempted by the similar appearance of devices and lower price do not realize that the selected device is not original and covered by our technical support. Therefore, when purchasing, please pay attention to three aspects:

Disclaimer in the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland under the number Z.515910 of the Water Technic brand and its verbal-graphic identification, thanks to which our softeners can be signed with a special hologram - always with the logo of the company Technika Wody and a unique serial number.

Water Technic water softeners come in four bed sizes: 11, 20, 26 and 32 liters, thanks to which you can precisely choose the device to suit your needs. The 32-liter model offered at this auction is recommended - depending on the hardness of the water - for households from 4 to 6 people.

1. They have the longest in Poland 10-year warranty, which covers the entire device including the control head and resin bed.

2. They are equipped with a modern 4-cycle up-flow controller (countercurrent regeneration), which guarantees the highest quality of water supplied, very long life of the deposit and economical operation. The 4-cycle head additionally thoroughly cleans the bed by rinsing it with clean water under high pressure and forms it accordingly for further work.

3. They have the most efficient and durable ion exchange resin – monospheric Lewatit S1567 – the only one produced without the use of organic solvents, friendly to man and the environment. Thanks to this and regeneration in countercurrent mode, the devices are extremely economical and consume up to 30%. less water and rinse salt than standard softeners.

4. They work in the so-called mode. "dry tank", so that the brine solution is produced immediately before regeneration based on soft water. This prevents the formation of salt deposits in the tank. It is also a very hygienic solution.

5. They can regenerate the deposit in a proportional way (so-called. smart cleaning / holiday mode). This means even lower salt consumption for rinsing, because the softener will always take the amount of regenerates directly proportional to the degree of use of the resin deposit. In addition, intelligent regeneration plans the soft water reserve until the deposit is cleaned and guarantees uninterrupted (even for a moment) access to it.

6. They have the Smart Soft function, i.e. regulation of the degree of softening (raw water mixer with softened water). Thanks to this, it can be successfully used in steel and copper installations and as a food water preparation device. For increased hygiene, they can be retrofitted with a adapter controlled by the head gently chlorinating the bed during regeneration. This feature is especially recommended if you have water from your own intake or if the softener needs to be disconnected from the power supply often for longer periods. 7. They offer useful and modern solutions, m.in. possibility of connection to the head of external devices (e.g. connections of building intelligence), the option of calibration of water meter pulses or choosing the type of regeneration of the deposit from as many as six available modes. Also equipped with functions: Easy Start – quick start-up and Top Hygienic – guarantees hygienic rinsing of the deposit during a long lack of water intake.

8. As standard, they have a solid by-pass with angular or straight connections to choose from (there is also a possibility of connection without a by-pass - space saving) and two anti-flood protection: a float valve and an overflow on the housing. They are also equipped with filter brine, for greater protection of the head against dirt from the salt tank.

9. They are equipped with a large, light blue backlit screen, thanks to which the device indications are visible even in dark rooms. Their housing is made of thick plastic, has compact dimensions and functional solutions, such as tilting salt intake or front fast.

The warranty for Water Technology devices is issued at the time of their shipment to customers. Only our company extends it by another full month by default, giving you time to assemble the station. In practice, this means that if the purchase was made, e.g. June 15, 2020, and the device is covered by a full 10-year warranty, it will end only on July 31, 2030.

SAFE TRANSPORT

Only the company Technika Wody warranty also covers the transport of purchased goods. This way you can be sure that if anything was damaged during delivery - we will replace this item or the entire device immediately. And although every shipment is insured - we never wait for the courier protocol or consideration of the case by the transport company. We know from experience that it takes a very long time. All you have to do is report the problem to us and send us a photo of the damage. We will carry out the exchange immediately. Of course, all return shipments are ordered and paid for by our company.

Our devices are sent via reliable courier companies. Softeners for transport are properly secured and marked. Their transport takes place in an upright position, but if you have a need to transport the device by passenger car in a lying position - there are no contraindications to this. Our softeners are made professionally and there is no possibility that any of them will spill during such transport or any internal element will be sealed with a resin bed. They also have sturdy housings made of durable and flexible plastic. They are resistant to shocks and possible impacts. You can safely transport, move and install them even in hard-to-reach places.
