3. Is softened water from Hydro System 20 safe to drink?

• Yes. The product has certificates, including the PZH certificate, confirming the safety of contact with drinking water. The softening process is the exchange of ions, and the amount of sodium left is minimal. In addition, the MIXING valve allows you to mix softened water with raw water, adjusting the final output hardness according to your preferences.

4. Is softened water safe for children and infants?

• Yes – a soft water bath is recommended for sensitive skin and AD (atopic dermatitis). Soft water does not dry out and does not irritate. For drinking water for the little ones, you can always use the MIXING valve to precisely set the appropriate residual hardness in the taps.

5. What is a monospheric resin and how is it different from the ordinary one?
