1. Before measuring Cl2, switch the switch so that the hand indicates position C. Before measuring ph, switch the switch so that the hand indicates the middle position.

2. Before measuring Cl2, insert the battery and remove the battery before measuring the pH.

1. Prepare a chlorine solution at a concentration of 1,5 ppm in pool water for calibration.

2. If you are not sure whether the chlorine concentration is 1,5 ppm (or if you cannot find (calibration point), use a traditional test strip.

3. Once the pool has been calibrated, there is no need to recalibrate unless it has been changed to use water from another pool to measure another pool.

4. Calibration method: 1. Check the residual chlorine level. Turn the knob to the left, and after hearing the “click”, the hand will move to the right. Slowly turn the knob to the left, set the hand to position C, and then dip the probe into the water. The resulting reading is the level of residual chlorine. 2. Check the pH value. Turn the switch in Figure 2 to the extreme right position. After hearing the “click” you can run a test.

5. Before using the product or during measurements, if the results are inaccurate, the outer surfaces of the probe must first be gently sanded with the included sandpaper before proceeding with the measurement.
