Submersible pump DAMEX NAMYSŁÓW P3000+ with TURBINE shredder for wastewater, septic tank, sludge and clean water.

DAMEX NAMYSŁÓW P3000+ with TURBINE chopper "VORTEX" is a pump powered by a single-phase motor (230V). Operation of the engine with a power of 750W (equivalent to a Chinese pump with a power of 5000 W) allows you to raise water to a height of 12 m, or a horizontal distance above 200m. The maximum capacity of the pump is 300 l/min, but it mainly depends on the length and diameter of the hoses. The pump is fully hermetic and should work fully submerged to provide the engine with the best cooling. The pump is equipped with a control float, thanks to which there is no risk of dry operation (the float falls down and turns off the device after completion of work). The pump has been adapted to work with flexible hoses, rigid hoses and fire hoses thanks to the appropriate ends of nozzles with a diameter of 2” (52 mm), 1,5" (38 mm), 1" (25 mm) and fire quick coupler. It is also possible to screw the piping directly into the pump outlet (2" classic thread). The pump has a iron rotor and cast iron rotor housing, which extends its service life, provides resistance to chemical corrosion and allows operation in adverse conditions. The engine compartment is sealed with a set of ceramic-graphite seals in an oil bath. This solution allows for long-lasting and intensive use without worrying about unsealing the engine. An additional equipment of the device is thermal protection mounted directly on the motor winding, which protects the motor from overheating. An undoubted advantage of the device is the low noise level during its operation, which was achieved thanks to properly selected construction materials. Plus, the pump is easy to install and use.

The pump works when the float is lifted up and is fully underwater. When the float falls below half the height of the pump, the pump turns off.

In the cast iron housing, the engine is tightly pressed rigidly into the body. Thanks to this, very good heat dissipation from the engine is ensured.

In cheaper aluminum housings, the engine is placed on the "stand", so it does not directly touch the body and the heat dissipation is much worse.

The use of a vortex rotor (especially in the withdrawn version) allows for a large free passage of pollutants. This solution is perfect for industry and agriculture, for pumping biological wastewater, slurry and liquids containing solid parts.

Both the turbine and the engine fill all available enclosure space. These are not truncated, budgetary versions in which the turbine fills only half of the pumping chamber and the engine only half of the pump body
