⭐ How to build a hydrophore system yourself?

1 Install the check valve ► Place the valve together with the suction basket at the end of the hose, then lower it to the well. The valve will effectively stop the water column and prevent it from reversing.

2 Create a tight connection ► Screw the suction hose directly to the front standard 1" inlet nozzle in the pump.

3 Pour the body ► All you have to do is pour water through the top brass stopper.

4 Connect the system to the tank ► Connect the pump to the pressure vessel. Remember that to create an automatically switching on hydrophore set necessary are: pressure switch, pressure gauge and five-way output.

⚠ Important before the first launch!

Before the first start (or after prolonged downtime), pour the pump body and suction pipe with water through the inspection hole.

This will generate a vacuum in the suction pipe. It is a simple, one-time treatment that completely eliminates dry work and protects the rotor from blurring, guaranteeing proper suction of liquids from the well.

Remember: proper flooding of the pump is a prerequisite for maintaining the warranty.
