The preparation is composed of psychrophilic and psychrotrophic bacteria, completely non-pathogenic to humans and animals. Thanks to the properly selected composition of microorganisms, the content of biogenic compounds dissolved in water is reduced, the growth of algae and cyanobacteria is reduced and organic bottom sediments are reduced.

The preparation can be used to clean all water reservoirs: ponds, ponds, lakes, etc.

REMEDIANT limits the processes of eutrophication of water reservoirs caused by excessive amounts of biogenic compounds dissolved in water. The biogenic compounds responsible for “water blooming” are primarily nitrogen and phosphorus compounds. The effect of eutrophication is excessive growth of algae and cyanobacteria, reduction of transparency, formation of unpleasant odors and limitation of oxygen in water, disease and dreaming of fish, accumulation of bottom sediments, silt.

Remediant containing bacteria with different modes of action effectively reduces the amount of biogenic compounds in water, reduces the effects of eutrophication, increases water transparency and reduces bottom sediments.

Composition and action

REMEDIANT is a highly concentrated microbiological composite consisting of 19 strains of bacteria.

The unique and completely safe composition of bacteria for humans, animals and the environment is responsible for carrying out targeted processes of microbiological biodegradation, which naturally and quickly improve the condition of degraded water bodies. The use of the biopreparation activates the process of sediment biodegradation, activates the mechanism of biological self-purification of water (bioremediation) and forces the improvement of physico-chemical and hygienic-sanitary parameters of water (bioremediation).

The preparation works in the following stages:

1. Adaptation of microorganisms to the environment.
2. Limiting growth and reducing algae in water.
3. Denitrification of nitrogen dissolved in water and conversion of phosphorus soluble into insoluble.
4. The action of lignolytic celluloid bacteria in bottom sediments.
5. The action of proteolytic and lipolytic bacteria.
6. The action of nitrifying ammonifier bacteria.
7. Effects of denitrifying bacteria.

Additional effect of the preparation is to increase the population of fish and increase their health. Effective phosphate management in water is carried out by bacteria of the genus Pseudomonas, which create a balance in the water reservoir between soluble and insoluble phosphorus, thereby limiting the level of phosphates dissolved in water contributing to the eutrophication of the tank. For denitrification, i.e. reduction of nitrogen dissolved in water (nitrate), bacteria of several types are responsible, carrying out the process under both aerobic and anaerobic conditions.

Dosage

The preparation includes bacterial strains, starter medium and bacterial carrier.

Dose: 10g/m2 water mirrors of the purified water reservoir, i.e. 1 kg per 100 m2 of water mirror.

To calculate the amount needed to clean the water reservoir, it is necessary to know its surface and take into account the dose of 10 g/m2 of water.

The preparation is in the form of a white powder, which must be evenly spread over the surface of the cleaned water reservoir.
