Weber ECO is the basic segment of the WEBER series recuperators. The device is equipped with all functions enabling efficient ventilation of rooms in single-family houses, while minimizing heat loss and reducing harmful compounds and dust in the air supplied to the rooms.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION OF THE RECUPERATOR WEBER ECO

FANS

They are responsible for forcing air flow through the device. The exhaust fan draws the used air out of the rooms and leads it outside the building, while the supply fan is responsible for sucking in fresh air from outside the building and introducing it into the rooms.

FILTERS

They are designed to eliminate pollutants and dust from the air entering the rooms, and additionally protect the recuperator exchanger from dirt, extending its life to the maximum.

ENTHALPIC EXCHANGER

It is an element in which the air exhausted from the rooms gives heat and moisture to the air forced into the rooms. The transfer of heat and moisture is carried out through a special design of the exchanger, so that the used air does not mix with fresh air. This phenomenon results in the proper exchange of air consumed in rooms for fresh, pollution-free air with minimal energy losses.

BYPASS

It's a different way around the heat exchanger. Activation of the bypass causes that the stream of air sucked from the outside bypasses the heat exchanger, thanks to which fresh air with the temperature currently prevailing outside enters the rooms. This solution enables natural cooling of rooms without any air conditioning system. The bypass function is usually used during the summer, at night, i.e. when the outside temperature is ideal to cool the air inside the building.

CONTROL SYSTEM

Responsible for controlling the operation of the entire device. Changing the settings is done through the control panel, which allows you to set the operating mode, turn the bypass on or off, set the power of the fans. In the ECO version, the controller also periodically informs about the need to replace filters.

Air recuperators are the heart of recuperation - a ventilation unit with heat recovery, powered by electricity. Its main tasks include supplying fresh air to the interior of the house and exhausting the used one outside. Therefore, as soon as the recuperator is connected to a properly performed mechanical ventilation system, we are sure that heat recovery from previously used air will translate into lower costs associated with heating fees.
