Recuperation - the best way to effectively ventilate your home!

The answer to the shortcomings of gravity ventilation is recuperation, i.e. mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. Recuperation is able to provide continuous exchange of used air for fresh, regardless of weather conditions or season and heat recovery, thanks to which we save on heating.

How does it work?

A ventilation unit with heat recovery, otherwise known as a recuperator, is responsible for putting air into motion. It sucks fresh air into the building from the outside, depriving it of pollutants thanks to the installed filters and draws the used air from the rooms.

Inside the recuperator there is a heat exchanger in which heat exchange takes place between the air streams supplied and removed, without mixing. However, the recuperator itself could not function without an air distribution system.

The HEATPEX ARIA system will effectively distribute air throughout the house, delivering it to “clean” rooms such as the living room or bedrooms and receiving it from “dirty” kitchens and bathrooms.

Easy and quick installation

The proprietary connection system allows you to easily connect all elements of the system without the use of tools. If changes need to be made during assembly, individual parts can be easily disconnected without the risk of damage.

Low noise

Optimally designed air flow through the system elements and the use of a double-walled pipe reduces noise levels, which is especially important during sleep and rest.

Low pressure losses

The well-thought-out shape of each of the system elements and the smooth inner wall of the pipe allows you to maintain low pressure losses throughout the installation.

Hygiene

For the production of the pipe and elements of the HEATPEX ARIA system, Ultra - Fresh® coating was used, ensuring complete bactericidal activity of the pipe (99%), confirmed by an independent laboratory on the basis of the ISO 22196 test.

Small size

The small size of the HEATPEX ARIA system allows it to be hidden on the ceiling in the insulation layer under the screed or in the suspended ceiling.

Highest tightness class ATC 1

The materials used and the patented system of connection of elements allows to achieve the highest class of tightness - ATC 1 according to PN-EN 17192. This means three times higher tightness than the class D marked. It is achieved without the use of additional sealing materials during installation.
