What should be the ideal brush for brushing your face? Gentle on the skin! Before creating this brush, we tested different bristles. However, tampico (agawa), bristles or even delicate goats were too harsh for the thin skin of the face. Brushing is not about scratches and pain, but stimulation of circulation (the effect of slight redness), proper lymphatic drainage and gentle exfoliation of dead skin. This is not your typical scrub or regular massage.

How to brush your face:

• Wash the skin and adjust the pH e.g. hydrolate. Make gentle, reciprocating movements from the center of the face, to the outside. Going from the bottom up. Movements can be straight or circular. Do not three in one place, do not press the brush. Be careful around the eyes so as not to introduce bristles into the eye.

How often to brush your face:

• Brush up to 3 times a week. With sensitive skin - once a week. Brushing is not a typical scrub, but in part it also has such a function. This is no ordinary facial massage.

How long to brush your face:

• Brushing the entire face should take about 1-2 minutes. For the results, regularity counts.

Contraindications:

• Open wounds, active acne, severe skin irritations. We don't brush out protruding moles.
• In the case of skin after plastic surgery, always follow the instructions of the doctor who performed the procedure/surgery.

Hygiene of the brush:

• Brush designed for dry use.
• For disinfection, spray the bristles themselves with acetate or spirit and brush them off after each use.
• You can wash the bristles with shampoo without soaking the fixture and putting the brush down to dry with the bristles.
• A brush is an object of personal hygiene. It should only be used by 1 person and replaced every 6 months.

Raw materials:

• Fixture made of solid beech wood. Do not soak, do not keep on a direct heat source, e.g. radiator. Moisture can cause wood to crack or blacken.
• Horse hair - gentle on sensitive and thin skin. The hair is cut, no horses are killed.

In terms of the benefits of lymphatic drainage, brushing the upper body is also recommended for men.

Brushes should not be soaked, due to the solid wood frame. Wood can crack in contact with water, which will not affect the brushing itself, only the visual effect. The brush should be disinfected if necessary, e.g. With acetateisept and replace regularly every 4-6 months (depending on consumption).
