The natural bristles used in this fixture are characterized by greater hardness than the brush loaded with soft goat available at our other auctions. Depending on the type of skin, choose the right hardness for you.

BRUSHING SHOULD BE DONE INTUITIVELY, GENTLY, RHYTHMICALLY AND WITH A LONG MOVEMENT.

1. I start my facial massage with gentle stroking movements.
2. Neckline (movements from armpit to armpit), neck from neckline to top, face always from the center to the outside, going from the bottom (beard) towards the upper parts (front)
3. We end with a movement that drains the lymph to the lymph nodes - heading from the center of the beard, along the jawline to the outside and under the ears, down the neck, towards the collarbone.
4. The whole massage can be repeated in circular motions.

Massage time depends on individual need, I take 1-2 min max 3 times a week, sensitive and beginner skin 1 time a week. Initially, skin will be pinked and you may feel warming up, tingling - this is a natural effect. The first results are visible after several times of use. After brushing, we recommend applying serum care, cream. During the massage treatment, the absorption of active substances contained in cosmetics increases, thanks to which the final effect can be even more spectacular. Skin becomes smoother, firmer. Face oval improved and wrinkles shallowed.

Face massage with a brush can be used during pregnancy and feeding.

CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR MASSAGE

Dry brush massage is not recommended for: irritated skin, skin with visible inflammation, acne, psoriasis, wounds, fresh scars, varicose veins. We also avoid moles and moles. We also look out for the eye area. In the case of skin after plastic surgery, invasive dermatological procedures should always be followed by the recommendations of the doctor who performed the procedure / surgery.
