Bitmat filter fabric for G4 recuperators is a nonwoven fabric for pre-filter, designed to protect the recuperator heat exchanger from larger contaminants. Thanks to its construction, it works well both in recuperators and in air handling units, as well as other HVAC devices.

Nonwoven fabric made from 100% polyester fibres. Thanks to the use of an appropriate blend of fibers, it is characterized by high elasticity and resistance to deformation. Compliant with PN-EN ISO 16890. ISO COARSE 40%.

The filter mat is made of high quality polyester fabric, which guarantees the right density and ensures optimal airflow through the ventilation unit. In addition, the polyester fibers used make the filter waterproof, does not absorb moisture and is resistant to various environmental factors.

The frequency of pre-filter replacement depends on various factors such as the level of air pollution or its humidity, but a significant proportion of ventilation equipment manufacturers recommend replacing the pre-filter every 3 months.
