The device is designed for vertical mounting.

VERTIC recuperator is a vertical ventilation unit that allows mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. The device is designed for installation inside residential buildings, offices, halls, storage rooms, service rooms and other facilities. It is particularly suitable where vertical mounting on the wall is required or e.g. above the washing machine or in the closet under the stairs. The control panel is equipped with a 3D polystyrene countercurrent heat exchanger and built-in 2 control panels. One controller is hidden under the black front housing of the device.

ADVANCED FILTRATION SYSTEMS

The recuperator has a filtration system based on G4 air supply/exhaust filters and a By-pass filter as standard. To ensure clean and safe indoor air, the device can optionally be equipped with a filter with filtration class F7.

INNOVATIVE 3D HEAT EXCHANGER

The internal structure of the triangle-shaped exchanger channels will ensure heat exchange on three planes.

Countercurrent heat exchanger: made of polystyrene. This material is characterized by high thermal conductivity, very good tightness and stiffness, and resistance to oxidation and mold. The use of polystyrene, in combination with the geometry of the exchanger, enables high-efficiency heat recovery from exhaust air (temperature efficiency up to 94%).

EFFICIENT EC FANS

Modern EC motors with a compact design are characterized by high efficiency and low noise. The use of EC motors guarantees low electricity consumption, which not only contributes to reducing the operating costs of the recuperator but also to environmental protection.

HIGH-QUALITY CONSTRUCTION OF THE DEVICE

The outer casing is made of powder coated steel, and the interior itself is made of foamed polypropylene (EPP). Thanks to this, the device is characterized by good tightness and thermal and acoustic insulation. The front part is removable (separately the inspection panel at the top and the lower part allowing access to the exchanger and fans).

ADDITIONAL PCB CONNECTORS

VERTIC recuperator motherboard – has a number of additional connectors thanks to which you can extend the functionality of the device. The possibility of connecting a CO2 sensor and an electric duct heater increases the level of user comfort. In contrast, the Alarm, Fire Alarm connectors increase the level of safety.

EXTREMELY QUIET

The modern design of the device and the highest quality insulation materials (EPP) perfectly dampen sounds and provide excellent thermal insulation.

BUILT-IN TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY SENSORS

In addition to temperature sensors, the VERTIC recuperator has a built-in humidity sensor. When this sensor detects that the maximum permitted level of relative humidity (75% by default) is exceeded, the recuperator starts working at boost speed (5 fan gear)

ELECTRIC HEATER (optional)

The recuperator with a touch controller has the ability to connect and operate an external channel electric heater. The heater, depending on the location of installation before or after the recuperator, can be used as a preheater (exchanger protection for temp. below -5*C) or secondary (air supply heating)

VERSION OF THE RIGHT-LEFT RECUPERATOR

All VERTIC series Reventon recuperators in the right version (factory default setting) can be independently reprogrammed from the driver to the left version.

Individual ventilation ducts should be guided in a manner that fits one of the two available inlet and outlet nozzle systems – see the graphic below.

ATTENTION! It should be remembered that in the event of a change in the nozzle system controller, the air supply filter becomes an exhaust filter and vice versa.

CONDENSATION

The recuperator requires the execution of a drainage system for the sewage system of condensate formed during the operation of the device. For this purpose, one of the two holes located at the bottom of the device should be used, depending on the selected system of inlet and outlet nozzles.
