Midrange speakers

The human auditory system processes the mid-frequency range with maximum sensitivity and selectivity because it makes the voice understandable to the rest of the audio spectrum.

The R&D team started with this simple principle to design from scratch the TH 3.0 II VOCE, dedicated to this basic frequency range, with the simple but ambitious goal of extreme linearity, so as not to add or hide anything from the signal being played, thus emphasizing every nuance.

ULTRA HIGH CONTROL

The extremely strong, custom N38 “H-grade” neodymium magnet provides unparalleled control over the mobile group, and the aluminum ring eliminates the intermodulation distortion that would otherwise be generated during peak jumps.

EXTREME LINEARITY

By simulating finite element (FEM), the Audison research and development team optimised the breakpoint between the cone/environment, obtaining ultralinear frequency characteristics in the medium range.

The extensive 30mm CCAR (Copper Clad Aluminium Ribbon) flat wire-wound vibrating coil provides the TH 3.0 II Voce with remarkable tilt and at the same time minimizes membrane nonlinearity.

TAPER TPX® _

The TH 3 II Voce membrane is made of TPX®, a transparent material that provides linear frequency characteristics, leaving the interior of the speaker fully visible.
