The robot has 8 constant operating speeds, 4 mixing speeds in intervals and a pulse function. Smooth speed control allows you to adjust the pace of its work to the specifics of the prepared dish. It will allow both dynamic whipping of foam from proteins, as well as gently, slow mixing, requiring creams and mousses. In addition, the pulse button will allow you to control m.in. degree of fragmentation of vegetables or fruits for salad or cocktail.

KENWOOD Titanium Chef Patissier XL uses cooktop technology to - thanks to heating at low temperature - provide better results when baking. In the EasyWarm 7 L bowl, dough growth and softening and melting of ingredients will be faster and simpler. It allows you to dissolve chocolate without clutter in the kitchen and dirty many dishes, heating fat e.g. butter for baked goods or preparation of Swiss meringue.

The innovative BOWLBRIGHT backlight technology will give shine to your baked goods, providing up to 14 times more clarity to the bowl than in robots without backlighting.
