It has a 6.5 l stainless steel bowl and 3 interchangeable beaters for perfect beating, mixing and kneading of the most difficult masses and doughs . And that's not all! The heating (fermentation) function provides ideal conditions for fermenting yeast dough . It is also perfect for grinding meat and chopping fruit and vegetables .

⭕ What is the fermentation function and how does it work?

This is one of the unique features of the MRK-26 model. The robot has a bowl with a heated bottom that maintains a constant temperature of 45°C. This is an ideal value for yeast, allowing dough to rise (e.g. for pizza, bread or challah) directly in the bowl of the device, reducing preparation time and ensuring excellent results.

⭕ What capacity does the bowl have and will I fit large portions of ingredients in it?
