1 The first stage of sharpening - DIAMOND

This is the slot that gives the blade its shape and sharpness. It is also suitable for repairing a damaged blade. This stage is designed for very blunt and damaged blades. At this stage, the surface of the knife is leveled and prepared for the next stage of sharpening. This should be repeated every 6 months, or when the knife is very blunted.

2 Second stage of sharpening - TUNGSTEN

This stage can be a continuation of the first stage or be an independent stage of sharpening the knife. During this stage, the cutting edge is formed with the desired angle of sharpening and the shape of the blade is formed into the letter V.

3 Third stage of sharpening - CERAMIC

This is the last stage of sharpening the knife, it allows you to polished the edge of the blade, which contributes to a softer and smoother cut.

❗ After sharpening, the blade should be cleaned with a soft cloth to clean the residue resulting from sharpening.

Place the sharpener on a flat and stable surface, holding the sharpener with one hand and gripping the knife handle with the other. Place the knife in the slot with the blade down. With regular sharpening 5-7 movements the knife should be sufficient, but it depends on the degree of sharpening and the quality of sharpening.
