6 SPEEDS + PULSE MODE

1️⃣ LOW - For mixing delicate ingredients, such as whipping egg whites for meringue or lightly mixing sponge cake batter. Also suitable for initially mixing dry ingredients in baking recipes.

2️⃣ MEDIUM LOW - For mixing bread recipes to achieve a uniform consistency. Also useful for preparing shortcrust pastry or medium-consistency cookies.

3️⃣ MEDIUM - For standard kitchen tasks, such as preparing creams, cake mixes, meat or potato fillings. Also suitable for whipping medium-thick creams.

4️⃣ MEDIUM HIGH - For working with heavier doughs, such as yeast dough or pizza dough. Also for quickly whipping egg whites into a stiff peak.

5️⃣ HIGH - For whipping heavy and thick mixtures, such as pasta doughs, peanut butter, or stiff cookie dough.

6️⃣ MAX - Highest speed. Level used for exceptionally demanding tasks, such as whipping heavy creams or kneading very thick doughs.

3 TYPES OF TIPS

✅ STIRRER - to mixing medium ingredients e.g. cake for pancakes, biscuits, thick creams, cheese for cheesecake, pates, stuffing, minced meat, potatoes for puree, etc.

✅ HOOK - for making heavy ingredients, e.g. dough for bread, buns, kneading cake for pasta, yeast, faworkowa, etc.

All tips are equipped with a quick installation system. You put the tip on the stem, rotate and the robot is ready to work.

STAINLESS STEEL BOWL WITH EAR

▶ Bowl with ear capacity of 6 l (tolerance +/- 10%) made of durable material - stainless steel - resistant to corrosion and easy to clean.

▶ At the bottom inside the bowl there is a special highlight, which is designed to prevent the ingredients from lingering during mixing.
