The Monsieur Cuisine Smart is a modern and multifunctional device with a power of 1000 W, which will undoubtedly enrich your kitchen. The Smart edition, unlike its predecessors, has a more responsive and larger 8-inch screen. The device will help you at every stage of food preparation, because it cooks, shreds, emulsifies, steams, chops, mixes, grinds, kneads even the most demanding cakes, vacuum cooks using the sous vide method, and even weighs (exactly 11 functions). Monsieur Cuisine Smart has installed more than 600 recipes for delicious dishes with step-by-step instructions.

Modern functions

The device uses an ergonomic handle for one-handed operation, which will simplify and speed up the performance of many activities. For selected recipes it is possible to cook with Video Guided Cooking (VGC). In the food processor we have the opportunity to save our own recipes. New recipe app features include shopping list creation, weekly scheduling, personalized recipe suggestions, and improved filter criteria. In addition, the robot has new options such as: simmer (slow cooking), boil eggs, heat water, prepare cocktails and cook sous vide. The dedicated Monsieur Cuisine app can be downloaded from the AppStore and Google Play.

Monsieur Cuisine Smart has a built-in kitchen scale for weighing directly in the container (range every 5 g to 5 kg), 10-stage speed control and an additional TURBO function for impulsive mixing, as well as temperature control from 37 °C to 130 °C. In addition, overheating protection and strong suction cups on the bottom of the device ensure safety of use. The built-in compartment will also serve as a practical storage for the power cord.

The Monsieur Cuisine Smart set includes a stainless steel mixing dish with a capacity of 4,5 l (3 l working capacity), a lid with a filling hole and dispenser, a steaming cap with a lid and insert, an insert with blades, a spatula with a removable silicone tip, a cooking insert, as well as a mixing cap. Fans of technology will certainly befriend the WLAN feature, which has recipe updates in it with an active user account. It also allows voice control in English using Google Assistant.
