• The LOFT set is made of high quality stainless steel X50CrMoV15 with the addition of chromium, vanadium and molybdenum. This makes the products more durable and resistant to corrosion.
• When cutting, they efficiently cut through meat, bread, vegetables, fruits and other products.
• To enjoy the reliability and stylish look of Gerlach kitchen knives for as long as possible, we recommend washing them by hand.

• Santoku knife 7" – has special concave grooves, so that the cut ingredients do not stick to the blade.
• Bread knife 8" – sharpened on both sides, for right and left-handed. It is distinguished by characteristic teeth that make it easier to cut bread.
