Use and care
Before the first use, the wok should be burned (seasoned) for approx. 5 to 20 minutes, which creates a protective layer and reduces the risk of rusting.
Rules of use and care:
- adapt to the type of cooker, use low/medium power when induction,
- wash only with hot water without detergents,
- dry thoroughly after washing and heat to remove moisture,
- protect with a thin layer of vegetable oil,
- over time, the wok is covered with a patina, which improves its non-stick properties,
- It is recommended to use wooden or bamboo utensils at the beginning of use.
