The ALCHIMY wok by deBuyer is made of the highest quality stainless steel and aluminum. Technical advantages of a vessel body constructed of three layers (i.e. stainless steel, aluminum, external induction compatible stainless steel) are appreciated by chefs all over the world. The ALCHIMY collection was created to celebrate the collaboration between Manufacture de Buyer and chefs. It debuted on the market in 2021, during the first partnership in the final of the Bocuse d’Or 2021 competition – the most prestigious culinary competition in the world!

The monoblock body guarantees even temperature distribution and very precise control of the cooking process. This construction of the vessel reduces energy consumption and allows you to cook dishes with valuable vitamins. The internal measuring cup of the dish capacity makes cooking easier, allowing you to measure and maintain the right proportions in the dish.

The design of the dish prevents the handle from heating up during cooking (the handle remains cool). The Ergonomic handle is firmly fixed with rivets, and the satin finish of the steel gives them an interesting, modern look. Glass lids (to be purchased separately) allow cooking with minimal use of water, which is extremely beneficial for health.

The dishes of the ALCHIMY collection are intended for use on all types of cooktops, including induction. They can also be used for baking in the oven, but special care should be taken (heating the dish - burning). The size of the heating field should be properly selected to the diameter of the bottom of the vessel. Increase the temperature gradually, avoid using the booster function and do not allow the empty vessel to overheat.

These dishes can be washed in dishwashers , which makes it even easier to keep them clean and makes them convenient for everyday use.
