The Daily Cook series uses a unique non-stick coating, to which titanium particles have been added. They strengthen the entire surface, protecting it from damage.

The indicator turns strongly red when the pan warms up to the ideal temperature for frying. Thanks to this, you get the perfect texture, color and taste of your dishes while maintaining maximum nutritional value.

The bottom of the pan is designed with great mindfulness. It is thick and distributes heat evenly throughout the dish. This is why it is possible to precisely fry and stew dishes – choose this product if you expect the best cooking results.

When frying, you do not have to worry about catching the handle of the pan – even with long-term keeping the dish warm, it will not heat up. What’s more, it provides the pan with solidity, and therefore you can safely move the hot food dish from place to place.

The pan can be successfully washed in the dishwasher, and in the case of hand washing, you can be sure that all dirt will easily come off the non-stick coating.

• 150 g rice noodles
• 200 g chicken, shrimp or tofu
• 2 eggs, 1 clove garlic
• 1 handful of mung bean sprouts
• 2 tablespoons fish or soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1 tablespoon oil
• Peanuts, chives/coriander, chili

Preparation:

1. Cook the pasta.
2. In oil, fry garlic and chicken/tofu.
3. Add the eggs, fry like scrambled eggs.
4. Add pasta and sauce, mix.
5. Toss sprouts, sprinkle with peanuts and herbs.

Ingredients:

• 150 g arborio rice, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove
• 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 100 ml white wine (optional)
• 500 – 600 ml of warm broth
• 30 g Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper

Preparation:

1. Fry onions and garlic in butter with olive oil.
2. Add rice, fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Pour the wine, evaporate.
4. Gradually add the broth, stirring (15 to 20 minutes).
5. Add Parmesan cheese, season, mix.
