Before first use

Wash Le Creuset in warm water with a gentle washing liquid, then rinse thoroughly and dry.

Cooking

We recommend using Le Creuset silicone utensils or other accessories made of wood or high temperature resistant plastic. DO NOT USE knives or metal utensils as they may scratch the enameled surface of the product.

Use the product on a burner of the right size. Thanks to this, the food will cook more evenly and reduce the risk of damage to the handles and side walls. This is especially important in the case of induction cookers: if the product is placed on a burner of inadequate size, the stove may “not recognize it”.

You will get the best results over low to medium heat – even when frying and frying. If you need to use a large fire, lower the power of the burner when the desired temperature is reached.

Never move the product on a stove with a glass plate, as this can damage the product and the glass. Always pick up the product if you want to move it.
