YOSUKATA 36 cm is a traditional wok with a round bottom, designed for intensive frying using the stir-fry method. The blue carbon steel construction heats up quickly and responds well to changes in burner temperature.

The round bottom allows you to conveniently mix ingredients and direct them between the hot center and the cooler sides of the dish.

Before first use
