You do not need to travel anywhere to perform this update. This is an ONLINE option: you will receive instructions with a download link. You only need a Windows PC, an 8-32 GB USB flash drive, and basic knowledge of how to copy and extract files.

The update can be performed on European-spec vehicles with a currently functional navigation module (the navigation must be active, able to display the current map, allow destination entry, and function without freezing or slow startup).

Warning for Touch & Go and Touch & Go Plus (software starting with 1... and 2..., in 2010-2014 vehicles): The update is performed at the buyer's own risk due to occasional memory errors in these navigation modules (most common with software versions 2.8.4L and 2.8.4aL). This defect only appears during the update process and cannot be detected beforehand.

Upon purchase, please send a photo or the data (highlighted in yellow frames in the last product photo) from your "Map and Software Version" screen. You can find this by pressing: "SETUP" button -> "General" -> scroll to the bottom of the last page and click "System Information".

In-person installation is available (in Kłodawa, 62-650) by appointment for an additional fee of + 50 zł.

If your system does not have a GPS module or it is damaged, pressing the MAP/NAV button will show one of the following messages:

• "System not installed" or a loading icon that never starts the navigation (to fix this, purchase a module at allegro.pl/oferta/15390438102)
• "Navigation is not available in this system" (to fix this, purchase a module at allegro.pl/oferta/17212744488)

For 1000 zł, we also offer a module that expands system functionality (with or without navigation) to include: wireless Android Auto and CarPlay, wireless smartphone mirroring (Android and Apple iOS), a USB video player, and a video input (e.g., for a backup camera).
