Prekė: Zigbee, Ethernet, PoE, USB, Wi-Fi adapteris SMLIGHT SLZB-06U su CC2652P mikroschema. Kategorija: Centriniai blokai.
- Gamintojas: SMLIGHT
- Modelis: SLZB-06U
⭐U Series
This is an improved edition of the flagship coordinators, introducing key hardware fixes for professional smart home installations:
- Hardware Flow Control: The introduction of hardware flow control for the radio system (SoC) eliminates errors in data transmission, significantly increasing stability under heavy network load.
- Native USB mode: The device can work as a classic USB "dongle", where the radio module is visible directly in the system (Native USB-series), which minimizes latency.
- USB-over-IP (Passthrough): A unique feature that allows remote access to other USB devices (e.g. ZWave) connected to the coordinator directly via LAN.
- Full customization: The new ESP32-S3 processor enables m.in. programmatic control of LEDs at the RJ45 socket.
⭐SMLIGHT SLZB-06U Coordinator
SLZB-06U is a platform-independent, universal adapter Zigbee with Ethernet, PoE, USB and Wi-Fi connectivity. You can connect your device locally via USB to the hub, via a wired Ethernet connection — with PoE providing even power — or via Wi-Fi to your local hub.
The device is designed specifically to support Zigbee-based smart home systems such as Zigbee2MQTT and ZHA.
It has support for MATTER-OVER-THREAD.
The device is equipped with the popular CC2652P chip.
.
⭐Coordinator or router
The SLZB-06U supports both Zigbee 3.0 modes: it can act as a coordinator or router. The device mode can be easily changed by installing the appropriate firmware via the web interface. This gives users the flexibility to switch between coordinator and router functions according to network needs.
⭐The most important features
- Chipset: The CC2652P chip is fully compatible with both Zigbee2MQTT and Home Assistant ZHA.
- Connectivity: support USB, Ethernet and WiFi. The mode can be selected in the firmware (remotely via the network interface) and locally by pressing the physical button.
- Power supply: The SLZB-06U can be powered in two ways: via PoE (Power over Ethernet) or via Type-C connector.
- PoE (Power over Ethernet) support. PoE does not require the use of a separate power supply, because the device is powered by an Ethernet cable according to the 802.3af standard (PoE adapter is not included, it can be ordered separately). This can be especially useful if the device is in a remote location or if you want to use less wiring.
- Support firmware: The module is equipped with open source firmware that users can update remotely (OTA - wireless update) or via USB.
- Easy installation: The coordinator is a plug-and-play device and comes with pre-installed firmware.
- Attachment: You can use the double-sided adhesive tape included in the package or screws to ensure secure attachment, so that the device can be placed in the place that best suits your needs.
- Antenna performance : 20 dB signal amplifier + 5 dB antenna for additional range and excellent signal quality. It features a three-dimensional rotating antenna that allows you to position the antenna in the optimal position for the best signal quality. The rotation capability ensures that the antenna is best suited to environmental conditions, improving the stability and range of communication between Zigbee devices.
- USB-over-Ethernet passthrough: remote access to external dongles (Z‑Wave, Zigbee/Thread, LoRa, etc. )
⭐Opportunities
The device uses a powerful CC2652P chip (developed by Texas Instruments) and ESP32, providing a stable, reliable connection for simultaneous control of up to 200 Zigbee devices. SLZB-06U, the most popular model among users , comes with pre-installed firmware, so it is ready to use.
The SLZB-06U is also an ideal choice for DIY smart home enthusiasts, as it includes the necessary leads for both ESP32 and CC2652P chips. This allows users to make various modifications, such as direct access to systems to upgrade or install custom firmware. The tool therefore offers maximum flexibility to those who like to develop their own solutions and adjust the operation of the device.
It has support for MATTER-OVER-THREAD.

⭐ ZigBee protocol
What distinguishes ZigBee from classic WiFi is a sufficiently long working time of battery-powered devices (unattainable with the classic WiFi protocol) and signal transmission through accessories powered by 230V.
In addition, selected ZigBee devices (230V mains powered) become part of the Mesh network. This means that if a module is unable to connect directly to the ZigBee gateway, it communicates with it through another closest accessory of this system. The repater in the ZigBee ecosystem are devices powered by 230V, such as PSMART, Aqara T1, OXT Zigbee relay, Sonoff ZBMINI, TUYA, 230V sockets or bulbs.
Thanks to this, you can create an extensive network that can operate over much longer distances than classic WiFi.
⭐Matter – the new Smart Home standard
Matter is a universal communication standard that makes smart home devices from different manufacturers work together in one network. Matter provides reliability, security, and local control of devices without the need for the cloud.
The most important features of Matter:
- Universality: Collaboration of devices of different brands in one ecosystem.
- Security: End-to-end encryption protects your data.
- Integration: Compatible with Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Apple HomeKit, and Samsung SmartThings.
- Ease of configuration: Quick pairing via QR code or NFC.
- Local control: Most functions work even without an internet connection.
The perfect choice for a modern and comfortable smart home!
